Therapy for people who feel out of place in the world

For creatives, deep feelers, and those navigating identity shifts, life transitions, and psychedelic or spiritual experiences

Maybe you've always seen things differently. Or maybe something has shifted, and your life no longer feels familiar in the way it once did. You may feel caught between who you've been and who you're becoming, without a clear sense of what comes next. Therapy can be a space to explore that uncertainty without rushing to force clarity.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist.

I work with individuals and couples who see the world differently from most and have little interest in forcing themselves into someone else's definition of normal. Together, we explore both the freedom and the challenges that can come with living an unconventional life, creating a path forward that feels more aligned with who you are.

Because of this, my work tends to resonate most with people who are open to slowing down, becoming curious about their experience, and exploring it more deeply rather than looking for quick solutions.
