Do you feel like an alien in this world?
Are there aspects of your being that, due to upbringing and life experience, a gift for out-of-the-box thinking, and/or a deep sense of empathy, have led to an ability to see the world differently from most?
Perhaps you’re in the process of breaking free from a variety of “should’s” or, perhaps you're living a life that goes against the grain and have been navigating years of feeling “out of place.”
Many of the people I work with have built lives that don’t follow conventional scripts- artists, entrepreneurs, leaders, immigrants, and others whose experiences have taken them beyond familiar ways of understanding the world.
My approach is collaborative and attentive to both the stories we tell about our lives and the ways our experiences are held in the body.
Areas of focus include life transitions, anxiety and uncertainty, creative and entrepreneurial lives, relationships and family dynamics, grief and loss, spiritual and mystical experiences, psychedelic exploration and integration, existing in between cultures, and questions of meaning, purpose, and direction.
Our work together relies on both tenderness and curiosity, honoring the sensitive parts while making space for imagination, possibility, and growth. Rather than pushing you toward who you think you should be, therapy becomes a space to explore who you already are and what may be emerging.
