How do we begin?
Please click “Contact” to set up an initial phone conversation. We’ll talk for around 20-minutes so I can broadly get to know what brings you to therapy and we can determine if I’m the right person to help you. If I’m not, I’ll provide you with referrals. If it seems like a good fit, we’ll set a first appointment and I’ll email you my initial paperwork for completion.

How much do you charge?
My fee is $250 per 50-minute individual or couples session. Payment is collected at the end of each session via cash, credit card, or check.

Do you take insurance?
I do not currently accept insurance, however, as an out-of-network, pre-licensed associate, I’d be happy to provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider before starting therapy to verify your coverage.

What is your cancellation policy?
Should you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. Cancellations after the 24-hour window will be charged for a full session.

Do you see clients in-person and/or online?
I am currently only meeting clients online via a HIPAA compliant teletherapy platform.

How long is a session and how often will we meet?
Each session for individuals and couples is 50 minutes long and I see clients once a week.
